One of the most important meals of the day, breakfast should be nutritious as the body needs it to function properly all throughout the day. Kids especially need to have proper breakfast as they are more active as compared to adults, Breakfast is usually considered as a good investment which you invest in your body by giving it the required fuel that it needs to perform all throughout the day.

Breakfast is Important if you want to Lose Weight: The general myth is that if you skip breakfast you tend to lose weight but in the long run this is a wrong practice and the latest research has proved that people tend to gain more weight if  they do not consume breakfast. The thin people usually have breakfast as compared to their obese counterparts. Controlling weight can be more difficult if you do not have breakfast and skip the meal regularly.

Breakfast like a King and Dinner like a Pauper: If you skip breakfast you end up eating more during the next meal or you may have the cravings for food which are high in calories and are usually quick fillers. The regular breakfast should be healthy and should consist of cereals, fruits, bread, eggs, meat, milk and juice, hence the saying that one should have breakfast like a king. The healthy breakfast should also include nuts and sweets. It’s said that the body should be fed vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, fats etc.

The body churns on dinner for the whole night and also releases acids which are used to digest the food. These acids are pretty active in the morning and they should be fed with the wholesome breakfast to keep your metabolism high which will eventually help you burn more calories thus enhancing your metabolic rate.

Breakfast is the most important meal of day which should not be skipped if you wish to lose weight.
